Portraits of Reach Out’s Impact for Those that We Serve

When working towards positive community and individual outcomes, it can take years to understand the larger impact of positive sustainable transformation. However, through statistical and process evaluation, Reach Out has been able to document four examples of both programmatic and policy-related impacts for our region.
