“PC1000 at Reach Out has been excellent, especially given it is a state-sponsored program. I have actually attended a similar program in the past which was essentially a waste of time and money. Reach Out has structured PC1000 in a way that addresses the root causes of addictive behavior without judgment. It is also effective because it does not have an institutional feel. Unlike a DUI or alcohol re-education, I never has a sense that this was punishment. The people that run Reach Out do seem to genuinely care and want to help.”
