
Student Intervention & Wellness Services
The Student Intervention & Wellness services focus on and utilizes data-driven strategies to improve the impact of youth and student wellness through a trauma-informed approach, interventions, and frameworks that are evidence-based and research-focused, with the purpose of increasing overall well-being and outcomes for youth and students being served. Reach Out’s team aspires to create positive opportunities for youth by offering mentoring, counseling, life skill training, and career guidance through a variety of youth development programs.

Reach Out’s Future Forward Resource Fair brings together families and students each year to access free school supplies, health services, and community resources that support a strong start to the school year. The event features backpack giveaways, free haircuts, health screenings, and opportunity drawings—made possible through the generosity of local sponsors and partners.
