Together, with initiatives like Healthy Jurupa Valley and the Jurupa Valley Resource Center, we aim to transform these ideas into meaningful action and create a healthier, more connected future for all.
Healthy Jurupa Valley
Healthy Jurupa Valley (HJV) is a public-private partnership between the City of Jurupa Valley and Reach Out, working to improve residents' health, safety, and quality of life. Part of a global healthy cities movement, HJV inspires community-led change for a stronger, healthier city.
Jurupa Valley Resource Center
The Jurupa Valley Resource Center connects community members to local services and resources. Partnering with organizations, our team helps individuals and families identify needs, access support, and set goals to improve their quality of life, fostering empowerment and sustainable change.
