Developed in response to the growing mental health crisis among adolescents, our Intervention Specialist Services provide school campuses with dedicated, full-time staff trained to support the social and emotional wellbeing of students. Each specialist is embedded into a school site and operates out of a student wellness center managed in partnership with Reach Out. These centers offer a safe space for students to build coping skills, address behavioral challenges, and access personalized support. Grounded in trauma-informed care and social-emotional learning, this model has reduced suspensions, improved graduation rates, and transformed campus culture. More than a service, it represents a systems-level solution to ensuring every student feels seen, supported, and ready to succeed.
