7-OH Is Showing Up Everywhere
Understanding 7-OH
7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) is a highly concentrated psychoactive kratom extract being sold in smoke shops, liquor stores, and gas stations across California.
Often marketed as a wellness or energy product, 7-OH can act like an opioid in the body, carries a risk of dependence and overdose, and is frequently sold without consistent regulation or age restrictions.
