TRUST is built by what we do next.
Centered on the theme TRUST, the 2026 National Innovative Communities Conference convened community builders from across the Inland Empire to explore the relationships, actions, and partnerships that drive meaningful community impact. Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, and peer learning, attendees shared ideas, learned from one another, and explored practical ways to build stronger communities. Together, they reflected on how trust can strengthen partnerships, improve systems, and create healthier, more resilient communities.
Conversations that Challenge, Inspire, and Move Us Forward

This year’s keynote speakers challenged attendees to think about the role each person plays in strengthening the fabric of our communities. From examining the impact of leadership and public trust to reflecting on the importance of community weaving and relationship-building, they reminded us that lasting change happens when people come together, invest in one another, and work toward a shared vision for the future.
