Meet our Consultants

Linda Lee, Ph.D.
Linda Lee, Ph.D.
Linda has 20 years of experience as a program evaluator and researcher, including seven years with Reach Out. Her portfolio spans projects in child welfare, behavioral health, educational achievement and equity, gerontological care, public health, and workforce development. Having worked as both a consultant and an internal evaluator, Linda is passionate about building the evaluation capacity of organizations and individuals. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Welfare and a Master of Social Work from UCLA.

Desiree Greenhouse
Desiree Greenhouse
Desiree Greenhouse is an Evaluation Associate I in the Learning & Evaluation Department at Reach Out. She brings 5 years of experience working with community-based nonprofit organizations, where she has supported programs that strengthen and empower local communities. Desiree earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Chapman University and her master’s degree in public policy from the University of California, Irvine in 2020. She is passionate about how evaluation can highlight the impact of nonprofit programs and demonstrate the value they bring to the communities they serve.

Marc Salazar
Marc Salazar
Marc Salazar is an Evaluation Associate with three years of experience in the nonprofit sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree in public health and brings a strong foundation in addressing the unique evaluation needs of community-based organizations. Marc leverages his technical and analytical skills to help mission-driven teams measure impact, identify opportunities for growth, and make data-informed decisions that strengthen their programs.

Carolina Godinez
Carolina Lopez
Carolina Lopez is an Evaluation Specialist at Reach Out, where she has supported program improvement through data-driven evaluation and analysis for the past two years. She specializes in survey design and analysis, qualitative research, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. Carolina earned her Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly Pomona, where she contributed to a research study on older adults and resistance training by developing data collection tools, leading a small team during fieldwork, and conducting participant interviews. She is passionate about advancing health equity through movement and physical activity, particularly among underrepresented populations, and is committed to using evaluation to support inclusive, effective, and impactful programs.
