Social Emotional Support
Mamás y Bebés is a two-month program funded by Riverside County. The mothers receive guidance and tools to enable them to stay attuned to their mental health, monitor symptoms of post-partum depression, and develop a healthy relationship with their newborn. Participants said they felt emotionally supported, despite having to attend classes via Zoom due to COVID-19 restrictions.
