Jurupa Valley Youth United

Healthy Jurupa Valley’s Youth United Group (JYU) aims to bring youth together to work on preventative activities in their local community. This group is designed to empower youth to ignite change, create activities, and influence policies to reduce youth substance abuse, bringing greater health, safety and quality of life to everyone in the community. Youth volunteers are responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and direction in facilitating and implementing objectives of the team. JYU strives to build healthy and equitable communities through purposeful social advocacy and community engagement.
